Do you make products for specific skin types?
Reframe products are suitable for all skin types.. They were specifically designed to work on all six levels of the Fitzpatrick Scale, ensuring they also work on all skin tones.
Can I use Reframe products while pregnant?
We recommend bringing a product’s ingredient list to your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Ingredient lists can be found on their individual product pages -
In what order should I use the products?
Products should be applied to clean skin in the following order - Pigment Processor first (both day and night), followed by Compression Complex for daytime or Circadian Cream for nighttime.

Where does Reframe ship?
Reframe ships everywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Reframe currently only ships within the U.S., but we are working on expanding to other markets soon.

Reframe offers free shipping and free returns.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
